"Twin Peaks showed up on time and finished the job quickly and thoroughly. They were professional and friendly and I'd definitely have them back to do more projects! Thanks Twin Peaks!"

"James knows his paint, trends and techniques to do the job right the first time. I’ve personally used James and several of my clients and family have used James and everyone loves the work he does. With both interior and exterior experience, he’s a one stop shop! He’s done multiple jobs at my house and I will be using him again (once the Great Danes stop putting holes in the wall)!"

"Twin Peaks just finished a job for me. They are professional painters who care about there work. They were on time and finished the job when they promised they would. A quality job and I will hire them for any of my painting needs!"

I started Twin Peaks because I got tired of seeing homeowners overpay for paint jobs that failed within two years. Bad prep, cheap paint, guys who disappear after the check clears. I've been doing this for over 20 years and I still show up to every job personally. That's not going to change.
We're a family-owned local business serving the Front Range and Denver Metro. When you hire Twin Peaks, you're hiring James — not a franchise, not a subcontracted crew.
Two decades of Front Range homes means we've seen what Colorado weather does to bad prep. We do it right the first time so you don't have to call someone back in three years.

Final walkthrough with you before we leave
Tell us about your home and we'll schedule a time to walk the property. You'll get a clear, itemized quote — no vague ranges, no pressure to sign on the spot.
Most paint jobs fail at the prep stage. We pressure wash, caulk, scrape, sand, and prime bare surfaces before any finish coat touches your home. It's the part most painters rush — we don't.
We do a final walkthrough with you before we leave. Your 5 year warranty kicks in immediately — and if anything isn't right, we come back and fix it. No debate, no charge.
Before & After Photos

If something isn't right when we finish, we come back and fix it — no debate, no charge, no excuses.
Your home is protected long after we've packed up. If the paint fails prematurely due to our workmanship, we cover it — period.
We mask, cover, and protect everything around the work area. When we leave, your yard, plants, and driveway look exactly as we found them.
We take on a limited number of exterior projects each season so every job gets the time and attention it deserves. Right now we're booking for the summer and homeowners who request an estimate now lock in 10% off their full exterior project.
Applies to exterior painting projects scheduled this season. Request your estimate to lock in your savings.*

Common Questions
Most single-family homes take 2–4 days from start to finish. Larger homes or those needing significant prep work may take a day or two longer. We'll confirm your exact timeline when we walk the property — get your free estimate to get started.
No — you don't need to be home during the job. We just ask that someone is available at the start for a quick walkthrough and at the end so you can do a final inspection with us before we pack up.
We pressure wash, caulk, scrape and sand any peeling or flaking areas, and apply primer wherever bare surface is exposed. Prep is where most paint jobs succeed or fail — we don't rush it.
With proper prep and premium exterior coatings, most of our paint jobs last 7–15 years depending on the grade of paint we use before they need attention. Colorado's UV intensity, hail, and freeze-thaw cycles are hard on paint — which is exactly why we use products built for this climate and back our work with a 5 year warranty.
Your quote covers labor, materials, prep work, and cleanup. The only time the price changes is if we uncover hidden rot or structural damage during prep — and if that happens, we stop, show you exactly what we found, and get your approval before doing anything additional.
During your estimate, we’ll walk you through three paint options based on your home, budget, and goals:
SuperPaint — a reliable, high-quality option for a clean, durable finish.
Duration — a premium option with added durability and protection.
Emerald Rain Refresh — our top-tier option, designed to help dirt and residue wash away more easily when it rains.
That way, you can choose the paint that makes the most sense for your home instead of being forced into a one-size-fits-all option.
